A highly complex, 90-metre-high building in which Van Rossum’s role as designing structural engineer with specialist office tower expertise is clear.
We ensured optimal coordination in the slanted column structure with a computer programme we designed ourselves.
All slanted columns were positioned so that the forces were divided and maintained equally around the core.
It was important to keep the structure clear and simple. Doing so required a difficult design. Simplicity is daring!
